Honestly I think Three Sheets is the most safe place for gluten free in New Haven. They just got a new chef, so fingers crossed!

The ordering system at the bar takes some getting used to, but I'll be darned if it wasn't worth it. The staff didn't blink twice at my allergies, once I had finished shouting them all out over the music. The clam fritters and pickle fries were dreamy. Went twice and didn't get sick.
