Great experience. I was shown a list of things that had gluten on it, and that helped my family a lot. As for the fried items, no they do no have a separate fryer for gluten free things but most places don’t and they were kind enough to let us know. Being a Celiac… I know to avoid fried foods anyway so not a big deal. We had the nachos, and were shown the label. No where on the label did it list wheat as a product, and it must have been correct since we didn’t have any issues after eating them. Excited to find a place with great side items, sauces, and meats!
If you ask, they will show you a paper listing the items that are NOT gluten free. However, they did not list their french fries even though they are made in the same frier as their onion rings and other foods containing gluten. I asked about their tortilla chips and was told they are safe, but I looked up the brand and quickly found that according to the company, they contain wheat. The only thing on the menu that seemed like it might be safe is meat, but after the obvious misinformation, I'm feeling like even that's a huge risk.
