I have to be gluten and dairy free due to high intolerance. The manager talked with me about options. I enjoyed a meal very much as all the staff accommodated my needs. No ill effects at all.
Ordered the hard-shell corn tortilla tacos and informed the cashier that I am gluten-free so I needed the kitchen staff to use new gloves when making my meal... the manager came out to inform me that I would need to have their soft shell tacos, because they deep fry them in the same oil as everything else to make them hard-shell.... Changed my order to the soft shell corn tortilla tacos and no problems after!!!!

The allergen menu on the website doesn’t match what they have in restaurant. Almost nothing is gluten free. We even called before going and the person assured me that they had dedicated friers, but when we got there that was not the case.
Food was great! Chips and tacos are not gluten free. You have to tell them that you are gluten free and that you need them to change their gloves while making your food. I usually tell them I have a gluten allergy because not a lot of people familiar with celiac disease. The burrito bowls are gluten free and delicious. There are so many options that you can get on the burrito bowls. I eat there a lot because the waiters are knowledgeable about the food.
I always get the shrimp bowl when we go to this location. The manager I have spoken with is very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and what is GF. Tacos are a no-go since they are put in the same fryer with items containing gluten. The chips I have been told are gluten-friendly and I haven't had an issue eating them.
Staff is very pleasant and helpful! It helps to arrive when it is not real busy so they can take their time preparing your food using all of the Celiac safety precautions (which they did). I ordered a burrito bowl. All of the proteins are GF and the rice, black beans, cheese, Lettuce, tomato, onions, are as well. The chips and taco shells are NOT. The meal was filling but it sure would've been nice to have some chips for texture! Price? There were 3 of us eating and before tip it was $56 and some change (no alcohol). Pleasant environment. Very clean. Great place for folks of all ages!
I ordered a taco with a corn tortilla and was careful about toppings to avoid gluten and dairy. The manager came out after my order was placed to let me know the tortillas are fried with gluten items. He was so kind and helped me build a rice bowl instead for no additional charge. I couldn’t have the chips either, but he gave me a corn salsa side instead. Fantastic customer service!
