Food was fresh and delicious, but have not found any "acceptable" breads for sandwiches/burgers. Nothing dedicated, but owner's wife and daughter are Gluten-free, so they were well educated and sensitive. They made tortilla chips in a separate pan, which was appreciated. They grind their own beef, so the burgers were awesome. Uti's rolls would have been better than nothing, though.
They knew a lot about gluten free. They will make your food on a wedge of lettuce. The gentleman was kind enough to make me some separate chips in a gf pan. He was familiar with gf because his wife and daughter are gf. Be sure to mention Celiac if you have it and they will be even more careful.
