Review of Timber Ridge

I didn't eat so I cant rate it a 5.... the food Options are limited but it's nice to have options in an airport! They have gf buns or multigrain bread available but none of the burgers are listed as gluten free???? Maybe they don't list as gluten free due to buns? There are Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Ridge Side Salad (which has croutons but doesn't say to avoid), and Grilled Salmon Chimichurri listed as GF options.
