I've gotten two of this food truck's specialty burgers on GF buns with sweet potato fries. Staff assured me that they could make their food safe for celiacs to eat and their fryer is dedicated GF. Their burgers are messy, but tasty. I felt fine after both meals and will be back again.

The owner was so lovely and made sure to reassure me that my food would be GF. They have the most delicious GF bun I’ve ever had and super tasty sweet potato fries in a dedicated frier. I WILL be coming back to give this truck business.

meh. cute truck with nice options, but the food was only okay. I wasn't wowed even though I wanted to love it especially since I get to eat fried food.

Amazing burgers and tater tot bowls made with rewarded beef and housemade gf veggie burgers. Owner and wife are celiac. Very knowledgeable staff. Seperate cook top for gluten. Fryers are fully gluten free
