Timoti's Seafood Shak

The girl at the front desk told me to get the flour tortilla and not the corn or the aioli if I want GF. WHAT?! Ok so that was scary, she had no idea what gluten is. I told her that flour tortillas have gluten, and then I asked her to make sure she put a note about a gluten sensitivity on the check. I did ask the person delivering the food if it was ok. Thankfully I was not glutened and the food was good. I just recommend double checking with the staff to make sure that they are knowledgeable!

My favorite! So yummy and can never resist getting the grilled shrimp when in the area.

There's no explicit GF menu, but I get the poke bowl without soy sauce and it's delish. BYOT (Bring your own Tamari)!
