They were very knowledgeable, but with next to no options. Salad and bacon were it. They were fine, but there are other places on the island with more options.

As someone with Celiac there were only a couple of things I could eat. They soak the sushi rice in floured water. I brought my own Soy sauce and had a spicy tuna sashimi topped with an Avacado and they omitted the eel sauce. I was really good but the only thing that was safe for me to eat.

Bring your own gluten free soy sauce (visit Yerbabuena Y Mas ... Health Food Store or Superdescuentos Morales Market to buy) and enjoy the sushi. They usually have fresh juice to drink as well.
