AMAZING GF PIZZA! Some of the best pizza and dough I’ve ever had (including gluten back in the day) highly recommend. Awesome vibes, wonderful stuff. The GM was at the hostess stand when I asked about cross contamination before waiting for a table and she confirmed it is safe because she ALSO HAS CELIAC! We love that vote of confidence. The gf chocolate chip cookie was also delicious.
Ordered online. Gluten free bread and crust available, but was told upon pickup that all crusts is prepared in house so they cannot guarantee that flour wasn’t on the same surface so I don’t recommend for celiac, but should be safe for gluten sensitive or intolerance. I did end up having a reaction after eating, but my own fault for trying. They do offer dairy free cheese for people with dairy allergies which is a plus.
Said they close at 9pm- arrived at 8.20 doors locked although could see people eating inside
I can’t say much about any possibility of cross contamination because ours was a pick up order. However the pizza was great and I had no issues with reaction. The crust is very good! It’s a thin Neapolitan style that bubbles a bit and it has wonderful crunchy crispness while still being chewy. They have a few interesting styles, including classics like Margherita and pepperoni, but no “build your own” option.
SUCH AMAZING PIZZA. Cooked in a separate area - I got the meatball starter, sausage pizza and a side of the hot honey; absolutely wonderful texture and flavor. TONS of cool flavors for pizza toppings too, and if that wasn’t enough, a GF warm chocolate chip cookie :)
Can’t reccomend this place enough. They really take celiac seriously.
Went with our family of 10 on vacation. My daughter (9) has celiac. General manager also has celiac so understood our need for precautions. Marked on menu that Gf is prepared separately. Gf pizza and meatballs were delicious. The regular pizza was amazing too! They also had gluten free chocolate chip cookies for dessert that tasted great!
Waitstaff were so attentive and food was so fresh and delicious. My celiac daughter loved her pizza and had no problems afterwards. After asking about their precautions, we felt really good about eating there. Well worth the two hour wait (love that they text when the table is ready and give us 10min to get back). Highly recommend!
I'm so sad for the person who got delivered a gluten pizza by mistake. I had a good experience here but obsessively compared the look of my gf crust to the rest of the regular crusts in my party before I took a bite. There is definitely a noticeable difference. True, the crust is good and softer than most gf crusts, but I did find a few raw spots. The meatballs were delish.
I’m super jealous that so many of you had positive experiences. I ordered a GF pizza and when it was brought out to me, the employee even said “gluten free sausage”. After eating one slice, I started feeling hot so I asked my waitress to double check. Turns out it was NOT the GF crust and now I’m dreading the next few days. They comped my meal and brought me a GF pizza and were very apologetic, but what’s done is done. Eat here at your own risk.
Crust was very good. They said they change gloves and are very aware of cross cotaimination issues. We got a pepperoni pizza and a mushroom pizza, both were delicious. The waitress was well informed on gluten free and on the menu in general for our non celiac companions. The food came surprisingly fast and everyone enjoyed their meals.
This place rocks! One of the managers has celiac and helped them pick a phenomenal crust (rice flour) from a place in Denver. The pizza is incredible—one of the best GF pizzas I’ve ever had!! The waitress was super knowledgeable and told us the only pizza that isn’t GF/can’t be made GF is the Tom’s Baby pizza. All salads can be made GF — just ask because some have croutons.
Had a delicious margarita pizza with an AWESOME gluten free chocolate chip cookie from the cookie shop next door (owned by the same people). Only the chocolate chip cookies are gluten free from that place, but don’t miss them!!!
I’m super sensitive and didn’t have a reaction. She told us they have a separate prep area for GF pizzas—just mention/emphasize it’s an allergy (easier to explain than an intolerance).
Not only does this place have gluten free options, the servers are well versed and happy to help! Their GF pizza crust comes from a dedicated GF bakery (in Denver, I think?) and it’s incredible. The meatball appetizer uses GF bread crumbs, and they even have warm, fresh GF chocolate chip cookies. Eat here!
Went to this restaurant today and had such an amazing experience. This staff is caring and kind and so accommodating. I ordered a White Pizza with gluten free crust and server reminded me that all gf pizzas are cooked on their own surface and prepared separately. One of the managers is gluten free and they have gluten free chocolate chip cookies for dessert! Nothing but good words to say.
My daughter (9 and very picky) ate the meatballs (they are all GF), a GF cheese pizza and the GF chocolate chip cookies. Everything tasted great!
Per our seemingly very knowledgeable server, they have a convection pizza oven with 1/3 of it enclosed and dedicated to GF crusts only. The GF crust comes from a commercial bakery in Denver and is rice based. Besides tasting great, it cooked up beautifully too!
We were told the GM worked on a GF cookie recipe for a long time and she nailed it with these!! In fact, my daughter was concerned they weren’t safe for her because they looked and tasted so good, but they definitely were!
The meatballs were for the table but my daughter (who doesn’t usually like meat) ate most of them :)
Our server definitely took care of us and made us feel as comfortable as possible eating in a non-dedicated restaurant. We will be back next week, and the next….
To the person who said their dough is undercooked pancake batter… what?? I ate here last summer and haven’t stopped dreaming about the dough. Came back to town this winter and it was somehow even better than I remember. Hostess is celiac and waitstaff/kitchen are well trained and understand celiac risks. This is the best pizza dough that’s not made of wheat starch, and the pizzas offered are unique and insanely delicious. I’ve now had six different gf pizzas here and all have been amazing!
This was the BEST gluten free pizza crust I have ever had. They make it fresh and it was amazing. I felt like I was having a regular pizza. The staff is very kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable about the entire menu and ingredients. My whole family loved their pizzas.
