Review of Tin Vietnamese Cuisine

The waiter told me that they cook their noodles in the same water (wheat and rice). Therefore, no noodle dish here is celiac safe. She pointed me towards the lemongrass chicken rice plate instead. I'm not sure if all rice plates are gf or just that one. I felt fine after eating it and it was quite good.
