I called ahead and they confirmed the burger patties were 100% meat, and that they offer GF buns. They were nice about all my questions, and tried to be as accommodating as possible. However the kitchen is small and they don't seem super informed about what may or may not contain gluten, so my options were especially limited. Shared fryer and toaster. Can't be sure, but I think I was exposed to gluten via cross contamination.
