This is a grouchy review from 15 yrs ago - they refused to tell us what was in their secret house recipe sauce and what items on the menu may be gf all while being SUPER rude so we left. This likely (hopefully) has changed since then but still sticks in my brain and I nor my family has been back to the restaurant side since. Love the gf options in the cooler by the bathrooms for eating on the road though!
The bakery has a separate fridge/cooler of gluten-free options. I got chocolate donuts—expensive, but very good.
The restaurant has limited gluten-free options. All burgers could be made with a gluten-free bun, though. The server was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free items and was receptive when I told her to notify the kitchen about my gluten sensitivity. I believe I ordered a chicken sandwich on a GF bun—it was good. The bun didn’t taste bland or anything like that. I didn’t ask about cross-contamination because I’m still new to being GF (scared to speak up for myself) and I’m not entirely sure if CC affects me or not, so if you’re more strict than I am, you should ask about cross-contamination. I did not experience any glutening symptoms that I can remember, but as I mentioned before, I’m not sure if cross-contamination affects me or not.
This isn’t the most GF-friendly place by any means, but if you’re passing through and super hungry, you’ll manage.

Stopped here because they supposedly had gluten free chicken nuggets and a gluten free menu, but they did not. When I asked about them, I was met with blank stares. They apparently have gluten free buns but I think that’s about it.

They have discontinued their GF menu since Wuhan virus. Celiac wife was not comfortable ordering anything. Diid not want to be sick at start of our trip (she has over seven years of having reactions to gluten so she has good judgement os what’s safe).
Had chicken sandwich on GF bun they also have GF bread and cheese cake. Server understood GF no cross contamination. Good food good service

Has gf buns and bread for toast. The store side stocks celiac safe baked goods from Bittersweet Bakery, New Generation Bakery, and EnRgy (sp?). The restaurant food is probably not celiac safe, but they carry “gluten friendly” chicken nuggets that my kids really liked.

The peanut butter flourless cookies, available at the front counter, but in a separate case are listed as gluten free. I need wheat free which this product clearly is.
However.
As soon as I ate it (it was delicious) I got an intense stomachache and the next day classic “wheat poisoning” symptoms like extreme exhaustion (I got 7.5 hours of sleep)
hypersensitive to other foods, such as dairy products and so on.
My only guess is that it was cross-contaminated. Like the equipment wasn’t completely cleaned?
Gluten free menu available and attached bakery has many gluten free goodies such as cookies, pie, bread, and donuts plus more.
