Tocabe, An American Indian Eatery

Great variety for gluten-free dining! The food was delicious and the owner was gracious and helpful. Our family had three different Posu bowls, each of them unique and delicious! A must try! Wow!

Tocabe is a fast casual option from the original Americans. They are well known for their fry bread, but ordering their medicine wheel nachos or bowl options, provides a gluten free option. One can choose from various meat options, beans, vegetables, salsas and sauces. I had a bowl with shredded bison, black beans, wild rice, tomatoes, hominy salsa, and sweet corn salsa. For anyone who isn't brave when trying new food, Tocabe will remind you of Mexican food.
