You can get a fast wrap on a GF flour tortilla and it’s good for a quick bite. The staff is kind but uninformed-they did ask lots of questions about Celiac-so they were curious, but don’t expect them to know ingredients, so precheck online or be safe with the tuna filling.

Typical submarine sandwich shop.They have gluten free wrap. You can look online to find which meats and ingredients are gluten free (which I would recommend because the staff "isn't sure") great option for a cheap lunch.

They offer gluten free wraps which they can make into any sandwich or burrito. I have to keep reminding the lady to use fresh ingredients and changed her gloves and use fresh knifes

Togo’s is my regular place. They do a pretty good job of avoiding cross contamination and have a separate station. I’ve never felt sick after eating there, but I’d take my caution as there are other wheat containing items
