I spoke to the manager who seemed knowledgeable. I ordered the sushi sampler modified to remove the nonGF roll and the spicy roll which they said they could make GF.
Let’s just say... it didn’t work out for me. I don’t know if they messed up majorly (like didn’t exclude an ingredient or sauce) or if it was simple cross-contamination... but the outcome for me (while the food was excellent) wasn’t great.
Best meal we’ve had at Disney! Had edamame. California roll and the filet. Manager made sure my meat was cooked in a separate pan with no sauces as the grill has cross contamination. Also brought out the gluten free soy sauce bottle for me. Was very safe. Reasonably priced and food was delish! Highly recommend
Really knowledgable and accommodating. I had sushi. They have gluten free soy sauce and the California roll is gluten free. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is really great.

Very accommodating and knowledgable staff! We shared several sushi rolls which were prepared in a separate area to avoid cross contamination. The manager came out to speak with us and ensure we were comfortable with how our food was prepared, and they even had GF soy sauce available. Best sushi we've ever had!
Outstanding service, gluten free options were covered in detail by the manager. had sashimi, California roll, and steak. The steak was quite mediocre, but all of the sushi items were excellent.
