Staff uncertain at first but then seemed to remember and said they’d make my fried rice without soy sauce. Not the most confident I’ve felt but would go again.

First time ordering to go. They have Tamari soy sauce and answered my questions about items with gluten containg ingredients. Sushi chef changed his gloves to work on my items. It would be nice to see a dedicated gluten free menu for peace of mind.
