Food was good but not celiac friendly.

Loved it! Brought the whole family here to eat (myself and two of my children are celiac) & we were impressed with the selection of gluten-free menu items and sauces! The staff was very friendly and took extra care with our orders to avoid cross-contamination. They changed their gloves and prepared our meals on a safe, separate work station. I was very happy with the food and service, so stoked to finally find another safe gluten-free option :) Amazing job, 5 Stars!

They are great with gf and cc. they will change gloves, and when making sushi will even change prep area so it's not cc. I feel safe eating their sushi, as it's real crab, and they don't marinate the fish in soy sauce for flavor like many sushi places.

Many gluten free choices, and gluten free soy sauce. I've never had a server who didn't know what Celiac is and no one has goven ne a hard time about gluten free.

The gluten-free chicken bowl is very good. I have never gotten sick here and I am Celiac.

Nice options.. Cashier asked all the right questions but gf portions were a lot smaller then the regular. Taste was a 7 out of 10. Very doable for fat quick stop

Haven't gotten sick after five visits. Expensive, but fresh ingredients. Can buy GF Teriyaki sauce to take home for easy GF meals!!

Was absolutely not impressed with the food. Might be GF friendly but there are so many better places to eat GF Asian food in town. The GF soy sauce was tasteless - definitely not Tamari. Seemed ridiculous that you have to pay extra for vegetables on the noodle/rice bowls. Won't ever come back.

eaten here MANY times never got ill. Even other locations. Very yummy, love the Yo roll :-)

Ordered a bowl, specified to the team member that I was celiac and needed gluten free. Ended up incredibly sick that evening after eating. Somewhere cross contamination or the request was not adhered to. Will not be returning.

I worked here for a while and I would not recommend it if you have celiac. There’s a high chance of cross contamination. *Very dependent on what you order and who’s working.

I eat safely at Tokyo Joes all the time at several different locations. They are pretty safe since they’re trained to change gloves, knife and cutting boards for gluten free. (JIC always indicate it’s Celiac/allergy so they flag it and know to take the precautions they’re trained to)

Many many options for a GF person, and very clearly marked on the menu. Additionally they carry GF soy sauce! It’s refreshing to be able to create so many custom options
