Had a salmon poke bowl and add ons that were labeled GF and that I know to be reliably GF. Server noted medical avoidance of gluten and informed prep person and asked them to change gloves. Food was fresh and good.

YUM!!!!! Finally! A place that does poké and sushi without soaking the meat in soy sauce! So many options. Even some menu options can be modified to be gluten free. We just moved to CO and I’ve found my fav poké and sushi place!

Celiac here and always have good luck with this location. Menu is clearly marked and staff will take extra precautions if you tell them up front that you are celiac. Great staff who is always friendly and helpful. GF soy sauce is available.
I have dined here one time and had a good experience.

This place is hit or miss. Ive had a decent meal, and my companion really enjoyed his. And another time, all 3 of us were highly disappointed.
They are great with gf and cc. they will change gloves, and when making sushi will even change prep area so it's not cc. I feel safe eating their sushi, as it's real crab, and they don't marinate the fish in soy sauce for flavor like many sushi places.
This place is great and serves AMAZING food! I have celiac and have never been sick after eating Tokyo Joe's. Food is light and healthy and LOTS of options!

Amazing place! I've eaten at this location for over two years and have never gotten glutened! They're very knowledgeable regarding celiac disease and various other health issues. So many options from sushi, sushi bowls (salmon poke is heaven), build your own bowls and various signature bowls! I love the food so much!

Ordered a bowl, specified to the team member that I was celiac and needed gluten free. Ended up incredibly sick that evening after eating. Somewhere cross contamination or the request was not adhered to. Will not be returning.

Ordered online and made a request for celiac/severe gluten allergy. Had no reaction.

I worked here for a while and I would not recommend it if you have celiac. There’s a high chance of cross contamination. *Very dependent on what you order and who’s working.

I eat safely at Tokyo Joes all the time at several different locations. They are pretty safe since they’re trained to change gloves, knife and cutting boards for gluten free. (JIC always indicate it’s Celiac/allergy so they flag it and know to take the precautions they’re trained to)

Many many options for a GF person, and very clearly marked on the menu. Additionally they carry GF soy sauce! It’s refreshing to be able to create so many custom options
