I was fortunate enough to have a chef that was knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. Had I told them in advanced, he would’ve made me GF soy sauce. He separated my gf fried rice from my mom’s and even watched him take precautions with cleaning the tepanyaki grill.
Have been here in last few months and they had gluten free soy sauce and cared very much about their customers. Now they appear to have new management, no understanding of gluten issues and no longer carry gluten free sauce.
