Have been here 3 or 4 times and the staff each time is great. Affordable and delicious food. Haven't gotten sick. I get a grilled chicken cheese sandwich with lots of fresh veggies on gluten free bread. The tomato soup is gluten free also. Really like this place!

I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because we have eaten at other Tom + Chee and were very impressed. Today, however, not only did all 3 celiacs in my house get very sick but I was very upset at how I was treated. The general staff seemed confused and uninformed. Not what I am used to here. Also the manager gave me a ton of attitude when I asked him to change his gloves. Kept glaring at me. So, I started watching the kitchen. It was then I noticed most of them aren't even wearing gloves. So...I would not eat at this particular location if cross contamination is an issue.

Separate area for GF preparation... very knowledgeable of celiac disease and gluten intolerance. The sandwiches are very good on their gluten free bread!

Never ever had a problem here. I am a strict Celiac and enjoy the roast beef sandwich with cheese and banana peppers.
They made sure to ask if GF was for an allergy so they made it separately. Also knew that they couldn't guarantee American cheese was GF so offered an alternative. List if the soup is GF or not as well.

I've wanted to try this place for ever, and then celiac happened. I recently discovered they have gf bread, and the soup is gf, and they are careful. Awesome food!

Had Gf bread and sandwich options for the family. They didn’t know if tater tots were gluten free or just in a shared fryer (they are not labeled GF but as we are not celiac we don’t care if they are just a shared fryer.) Overall a good sandwich and we were happy to find something we could eat.

Went there a month ago and the lack of respect of not wanting to listen to my allergy made me not trust them at all. I tried to ask what precautions they took for someone with celiac and the lady said the grill has a separate part. I asked to clarify if that meant a separate grill or a corner of the grill that is used to all the gluten items. The lady proceeded to slam down a number holder and slowly said “ I said it has a separate part of the grill which means it has a separate grill”. I would not go back here. If that’s how they treat a customer with an allergy I wouldn’t trust them to follow precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

They have gluten free bread they use for the sandwiches. They are careful when making it and double checked for me. The tater tots are cooked in their own fryer with nothing else so I was able to have them too.

They are careful with gluten free options. I’ve been eating there for a while now and I have not had any cross contamination. All gluten free items are marked on the menu.

NO GF BREAD. Had 1 soup that was gf. No gf bread, said they’ve been out for a while even though it says gluten free options on the board. Would give 0 stars
