Our house salad was great! But the Gluten free Ham and Pineapple pizza was seriously lacking!! For a two topping 9” pizza that cost $19.95 my half had 8 ham pieces and 7 pineapple prince extremely light on sauce and Parmesan cheese as requested light - but 13 pieces of shredded Parmesan is extremely light. I hope they will consider filling the pizza up with toppings and sauce. (I did not request light on the sauce just light on the cheese)

The gluten free bread was amazing. Best I ever had. My server was also celiac and completely understood and took great care of me!

Nope. If you’re celiac or gluten intolerant , firmly NO. Had multiple conversations with both locations; both locations’ staff had the same resounding ‘no’ that gluten flour is everywhere in the kitchen and ovens, and there is literally nothing safe for a celiac or anyone sensitive to gluten on the “gluten free” options on the menu

I have ordered the gluten free pizza many times without issue. However, I ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread and got sick shortly after.

I had a wonderful GF pizza from here. The crust was not a thin chewy crust that hurt my jaw to chew it. Highly recommend.

They have gf buns but there is not a dedicated cooktop. Got a gf pizza and did feel sick after, but I am super sensitive.

GF+DF buns for sandwiches and pizza crusts. I was told everything can be made GF except tofu (marinaded in soy sauce). Food was delicious. They even had DF pesto and vegan cheese (Daiya).

Good gluten free pizza. Not the best I’ve had, but crust wasn’t too bad. Lots of topping options. I didn’t have any issues from eating here with sensitive celiac disease.

Just what I was looking for! Hummus was amazing, and the GF bread was decent.

The gluten free crust is TO. DIE. FOR. literally amazing. 10/10 would recommend

3 stars because GF food was good! Service was bad. I got hummus plate (veggies & blue corn chips) and gluten free garlic breadsticks & both were tasty!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Knoxville! They have amazing salads and sandwiches, and offer gluten sensitive chocolate chip cookies, which are also delicious. The only downside is the price. The food is great, but gluten sensitive products add to the bill!
Salads can be gf, but sandwiches and pizzas are made on the same cooking surfaces.

Sunday brunch was yummy. GF bun was great for the egg sandwich! Lots of choices on the menu. We will be back for lunch or dinner another day for sure!! Waiter was super nice and knowledgeable too.
I really wanted to like this place. It's cute, has a decent menu, and there were a couple good looking GF desserts. However, waiter brought wrong pizzas, took forever, the GF dough was bland, the toppings appeared to be from a can, and the pizzas were small for the price. WAY overpriced. And then I asked for a GF cookie from the dessert counter and after I was almost done....found out he has brought me a regular. I've never left a bad review before this. Maybe it was an off night, but I won't be returning.

Very good. I am not celiac so as for CC it's hard to say, but they have very good GF options, including pizza crust and bread, as well as GF deserts! Yesterday all they had left was a chocolate chip cookie, but it was very good.
Great gluten-free options and tasty sandwich buns! Love this restaurant which also has numerous vegetarian & vegan options!
I got glutened here :-( I feel somewhat responsible. I explained to the waitress I had celiac and she explained that the kitchen is not a dedicated gluten free kitchen and there may be a chance of cross contamination w the flour in the air. I was there for business, so my choices to eat were limited. I took the chance. Unfortunately, I got very sick.

Our favorite Knoxville restaurant! They have another location farther west near the mall off Kingston Pike. They just started serving gluten free bread and pizza crust that are both delicious. And their gluten free cupcakes are divine!
Decent stuff for the most part.
I always get the vegan sandwich and they put it on toasted corn tortilla. The chefs are incredibly knowledgable, but this isn't 100% gluten free facility
