They DO NOT OFFER SAFE GF FOOD ANYMORE. We were traveling through the area looking on find me gluten free to find a place to eat and this place was highly rated, so we went out of our way to stop in grand island just for the restaurant. We got there and I told the hostess we are all celiac and need a gluten free menu if there is one. She just started blankly and sat us. When we spoke to our waitress we asked what was gluten free and she said they NO LONGER offer hardly any foods that are gluten free, but do have a gluten free bun. They said they cook regular buns on the same griddle as the burgers, so if you are super sensitive like we are, nothing, really is offered that is celiac safe with their new menu changes that they just made, they said. We are really sad because this stretch of nebraska seems to be a safe restaurant desert.

Impressed with the knowledge of Celiac by the team members. Disappointed they were out of GF buns but they have a dedicated fryer so I was happy to have the fries!

Got a burger with a gf bun. Bun was so good and held together, burger was great and sweet potato tots were really good. Service was good and we will be back!

The food was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and what our waitress wasn’t sure on she double checked. My daughter had gf chicken strips and loved them. We had the prime rib and it was amazing. Would highly recommend. Several i options for gf.

Traveling across the country and this place was delicious! The bun on my burger even stayed together and the steak fries in the dedicated fryer were perfect!

Our server was Darci. She was very knowledgeable about what was GF. She said that Bossleman’s wife (owner) is gluten intolerant so it was important for them to offer several GF options. Both soups on the salad bar were GF the night we were there. All burgers and sandwiches can be made with GF bread, there are also several meat dishes that are naturally GF as well as the breaded chicken fingers, which my daughter got and were delicious. There was also GF fudge on the dessert menu. The atmosphere was fun and menu had great variety.
