We explained that we were gluten free, and she seemed to understand, and then two of the rolls were not gluten free. They did remake it, and apologized. Luckily I realized right away that I had a crunch, and was able to spit it out.

Staff wasn't very knowledgeable. They make the food separate but nothing on the menu was marked and they wouldn't check any of their sauces to see if they're gluten free.

Our gluten-free food was packaged and even bagged separately. It was clearly marked as GF. When we asked about GF options they were informative and knowledgeable. Items that were not able to be made GF they were able to provide a similar, safe alternative. We’ve enjoy a lot of sushi as well as hibachi entrees safely.
