Japanese food can be tricky to eat gluten free, but Tomo has it figured out. They provide gluten-free soy sauce and understand sushi orders that call for nothing fried and nothing with sauce on it. They will advise you if something contains gluten and will happily substitute. (And the California Roll always uses real Crab, not surimi.)This has been a family favorite of ours for nearly 20 years.
