Review of Tompkins Square Bagels

Went on a busy Saturday morning- had a gf bagel with strawberry cream cheese. My bagel was good, and my non-gf husband loved his. It was very busy so I couldn’t watch them prep my bagel- but it has been 24 hours and I’m not sick, so they must have done something right. The line where they prep bagels looked very gluten-y, so they must have some system/protocol in place. I also did not get my bagel toasted.
