I spoke to Haley before ordering and she was very knowledgeable about celiac and was able to answer all my questions. They do not have a dedicated fryer. They have GF crust available, though it is the thin crispy crust. Pizza is placed on a conveyor belt (not wood fired oven) and they place it on the top to cook lined with parchment. They have separate sauce and use clean utensils. Ask for Haley or Lauren.
