Review of Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen

The only experience I had here was at the walk up icecream bar. I asked the cashier what I could get as I am allergic to peanuts, strawberries, and have celiac. I was told that I can have a brownie milkshake with chocolate icecream only. Obviously I was very excited to hear that I can have something worh brownies. So I ordered it and someone made it and as they went and touched the glass with the brownie. The manager noticed my order said allergy and told them the brownies are NOT gluten free. So, the manager had the guy remake my order but with just chocolate and they would give me a piece of flourless chocolate cake with it...well the guy remade my shake and then another girl proceeded to take her dirty gloves and touch my straw(unwrapped straw) and stick it into my milkshake and then touch my cake. At this point I had had enough. I ended up getting my money back from a very apologetic manager. I have heard that these kinds of mistakes are not made if you go into the restaurant to order but I will absolutely not return to the counter.
