Separate gluten conscious menu. Easily allowed for substitutions. Chips in own fryer. Very tasty and normal. Suggest chicken fajita taco. 88th Ave. location in Westminster CO.
I ate here and thought I'd give it a shot. I'm pretty sensitive and had a strong reaction to the food. If you're celiac and need to be really careful, don't eat here
Torchy’s was great! The cashier knew exactly what to do and was able to give me a GF menu and explained cross contact procedures. I had two tacos and a margarita and had no reaction.

Torchy’s is a Tex-Mex place with excellent tacos and queso! It’s gluten free and they will change their gloves. Great food! Not sure about beer because I don’t care for it. But the margaritas are excellent!

Delicious! They have a “gluten conscious” menu online and will note that the order needs to be gluten free if you ask when ordering. I got the chicken fajita and fresh avocado tacos, and both were great if a little spicy (I have a low spice tolerance). The manager stopped by our table while we were eating and brought us free chips and queso when we said it was our first time there. He explained that they have a dedicated fryer for the chips and even brought out a bag of the cheese they use so I could confirm it was gluten free. Overall, it was a great experience!
I went even after reading the previous review. We informed the staff when taking our order that I could not have gluten as it will make me sick. I was I formed that they would mark my food with a note so there was no cross contamination. Before we left, I was starting to have reactions to the food and it’s the only thing I have ate today. Will not be going back.
I had heard good things about Torchy's from GF friends, but the Cashier was not at all informed on GF. She assured me that the kitchen was well informed and could wipe things down, use separate utensils, etc. But they brought me a taco with fried tortilla strips on it, even after we had talked about the fact that their chips are not gluten free like they claim, since there's a shared fryer. I didn't eat it, to be safe. Definitely wouldn't recommend
Good tacos with lots of protein. Plan ahead by looking at their website for GF options and ask order to be flagged as GF. All is made in back, and I don’t know about their kitchen protocols. I get the same thing every time I go and feel safe with that.
