Review of Torpedo Sushi

Zero reaction, yay! The staff member I talked to on the phone confirmed that their business is gluten-free.

I had one of their wraps, which is usually off-limits because of the ingredients and the wrapping done on mixed surfaces, and it totally hit the spot -- a little greasy, actually, so keep in mind they seem to like mayo. It's very fusion-y, at least what I can tell from the Caviar menu. If you're looking for pure Japanese, you should probably head elsewhere. But if you're sad that you can never eat those Westernized dishes, check this out!
