The food was delicious so we came back! They took extra time for our GF orders. It’s possible to get GF French fries here which was important for my kids. We aren’t super sensitive celiacs so can’t comment on cross contamination.

We ate here last night and based on the reviews, I was just excited to have chips from a dedicated fryer along with the salsa & tableside guacamole. However, I was more excited to have enchiladas! Being from Texas, we have Mexican all of the time but majority of the time, I am told they use wheat in their enchilada sauce so I haven’t had them in a long time. We sat on the patio & enjoyed dinner Al fresco!

There were some options for GF here but less than I would have expected for a Mexican restaurant. We found the food to be just fine. Nothing exciting but we didn’t get sick.

I love me some Tortilla Jo’s!! The menu is clearly marked and they have a good variety of gluten free options available (salads, nachos, tacos, enchiladas). The chips are all fried separately so they are GF. The tableside guacamole is a must have!! The staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination. My fave place in Downtown Disney for sure!

I've been here twice a year every year for the past 3 years. They have several gluten free items and take very good care of Celiac customers. I need recommend

I booked a reservation on the Disney app and listed I had an “Allergy” to gluten (celiac). I checked in and reminded the host. Ordered the veggie fajitas and reminder the server I have a gluten allergy and to sub the tortilla with corn tortilla instead of flour. She rushed away and half way through my meal I found two flour tortillas mixed into the bottom of my corn tortilla stack. She apologized and said she did not know it was an “allergy”. I explained to her this was celiac disease and she caused a big scene saying she will call over the nurse. I’ve never felt so awkward I told the server repeatedly to just leave it alone. She called over the manager and they did comp my meal. Won’t ever return to this establishment. Such a big difference between the safety standards at Disney owned vs a non Disney restaurant.

We all felt funky after eating here so I wonder about CC. We did not get super sick like we do if glutened so I guess that’s a positive. I don’t think I would eat here again though.

The food was not great and I immediately felt sick after. I am almost positive I was cross-contaminated here and do not think it is safe for celiacs.

I’m super sensitive and felt comfortable eating here. I had the shredded chicken nachos and they were delicious. Their guacamole is awesome! I would definitely go back!

Unfortunately the quality of the food has diminished. Still offering gluten-free options on their menu. I had the enchiladas suizas and the tortillas were cold and no real flavor in this dish. Very disappointing.

The food was good and had plenty of gf options except the two times I ate there I felt sick afterwords. I usually throw up after getting contaminated and felt like I was going to but it didn’t get to that point surprisingly. Nima tester recommended. I got the chicken enchiladas, chips, and guacamole.
UPDATE: I went back and got the guacamole and chips and the nachos with chicken and didn’t feel sick.

Scrumptious! I ordered the chips with guacamole as a appetizer and ate them all! One of the best guacamoles i’ve ever had. They’re cooked in a dedicated gf fryer in case you are wondering (Note: they are a pretty big serving). Next i ordered a chicken quesadilla with rice and ate it all! It tasted sooo yummy! Definitely coming back here. most of the menu is gluten free too :)

Food was expensive and just meh. I got the nachos as that was the best celiac safe option. I did not get sick so that is why gave it three stars.

Excellent Mexican food in downtown Disney. Great selection of gf options. The server knew what he was doing and the manager came out also to assure us she would be verifying our Celiac daughter's food with the chef. Very impressed daddy right here.

My Celiac daughter ate the chips and ordered shredded beef nachos and did not get sick (and she is very sensitive to cross contamination). GF items marked on the menu and chips are in a separate fryer.

I was really excited to go here but I think it made me feel a bit sick. The chips were in a dedicated fryer which I loved, they tasted great with the salsa and guac we ordered. I felt fine. After getting the chicken tacos, I started to feel a little ill. I could feel it while I was eating. It ended up making me feel quite bloated and a bit sick, I think there was some cross contamination. I tried to be careful w the waiter and he said it was no problem that I was celiac. I would go back for the chips but not a meal.

Ate here both nights during my Disney trip. Daughter has celiac & had no issues eating here. Dedicated chip fryer. GF items marked on regular menu. She had the chips, gauc & the adult street tacos platter both nights (chicken one night steak the other). I asked to speak with the manager - he wasn’t the most Enthusiastic but wrote down what she what she ordered on a piece of paper and said he would deliver it to chef. She’s very sensitive to gluten and had no issues. Everyones food was delicious.

Three in our group have celiac and the meal was great! Server was very knowledgeable and the manager checked in regarding the allergy. The nacho chips are made in a dedicated fryer. They also made my son's French fries in the chip fryer so they were safe. We definitely recommend this place!

Our 7 year old celiac son had a great nacho plate, was in heaven. The chips are made in a dedicated Grier and are amazing. The manager even came out to confirm the allergy and assure us that his food would be safe. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Disneyland.

Great experience! There menu is marked with high items are gluten free and once they knew I had an allergy they had a manager come out and double check everything I ordered as well as speak to the chef so they were aware as well. Plus the tacos were delicious as well as the margarita!

I ordered the combination plate with the chicken tamale and crispy chicken taco! I was told the chips at the table were fried in a dedicated fryer, so I was very happy about that. A manager came out and confirmed with me about my gluten “allergy” (I say this to convey urgency about CC, it’s much easier than explaining celiac). Delicious food, with most of the menu GF!! Did not get sick, very good choice if you’re in Downtown Disney :)

We ate here multiple times during our stay. Our server was knowledgeable. Our kiddos did not get sick. So grateful for chips that are not cross contaminated. We recommend sitting indoors for better service.

Wait staff knew exactly what I needed. I was told they keep an area of their grill dedicated as GF. Lots of amazing food choices and I didn’t have any issues afterwards. This will definitely be a regular stop on our vacations to this area!

Good food. Large portions. Chips and salsa were gf too.

The staff were nice and knew what was safe. The rice was seasoned well. The restaurant was somewhat crowded since it is in Downtown Disney. Good experience overall.

Daughter who has celiac didn’t feel good afterwards . They must not take the proper precautions . The food is greasy and not good . If you have celiac don’t take a chance . Unfortunately not too many options in downtown Disney . Go to in n out before you go which is close.

The staff were great and came out with free corn chips and salsa and did an amazing burrito for my main. They were really helpful and understanding.

We placed a to-go order, letting them know at the start that this was an allergy order with extreme sensitivity to cross contamination. One daughter is GF/DF, so we ordered her the street tacos. She loved them! Their GF seafood enchiladas are to die for, and so are their GF chicken quesadillas made with corn tortillas. Best part, no reaction! We will definitely be eating here again.
They had several GF options. I ordered chicken enchiladas and they were so good!
I have celiac and started having a reaction to the tortilla chips before our food even came.
Great GF options and delicious food. I would highly recommend. As an added bonus, you can visit this little gem without having to be a Disney customer on the day - you can access via Downtown Disney!

We decided to sit at the bar to get faster service. I talked to the manager and he assured me that they send an allergy ticket with the food and it is prepared separately. I asked if the chips were GF and the bartender told me they were but by the time our food came I already felt a little off after filling myself with chips. I had a chicken taco plate with rice and beans. After, my symptoms started to worsen. I don't think I will return. It may be better if you get a table but I'm not sure. I'm disappointed because it had many food reviews.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The guacamole was amazing and so was their street tacos. I would Definitely recommend it!!!

Delicious Mexican food at Downtown Disney District. This restaurant offers several GF options and will even accommodate for Dairy Free as well. The waitress was knowledgeable and I was impressed when the manager said that the chef had been made aware of my food allergies. This restaurant is very festive and even offers a balloon animal artist for children. I highly recommend this restaurant because the whole family will enjoy their meal and their GF members have plenty to choose from.

Amazingly Celiac-friendly! They have their own fryer for the chips which meant I got to enjoy the table-side guacamole for the first time in years! The staff and kitchen are very knowledgeable and professional!

We ate here 2 nights while visiting Disneyland. First night the waiter was amazing and took the GF need very seriously. Second night the waitress was a little dismissive of it (“corn or flour tortillas?”, after telling her GF), however, I do believe that the kitchen was careful in prepping it.
