Probably the worst customer service experience on my trip to Washington . The waitress offered pretty mediocre service doing pretty much nothing other than bringing our food out. I decided not to tip as the service was subpar only for her to passive aggressively circle the selected tip amount 6 times . What on earth is management doing to create such such a self entitled waitress . A tip is optional not mandatory and shouldn’t be given to people whose attitudes stink .
For me this passive aggressive attitude from the waitress was without a doubt the worst service I have received from any waitress / waiter on my travels ever. It doesn’t even come close . The service was so bad I opened a yelp and open table account just so I could write a review so this establishment could get the one star review it most definitely earned. Coming from London UK the entitlement of waitstaff in the US is something that out and out irritates me and no more so than this place . Either pay the staff more so they don’t act like such entitled pricks during service or don’t hire them. What’s going on with management to feel their mediocre service staff can act so entitled after doing the most half assed of all half assed jobs .
As for the ramen well it was so so . Not much to praise for it was subpar compared to the other ramen places that I’d been in Washington.
At least the manager offered a refund after our horrific experience but I refused to accept it and will no longer be returning to said establishment. Far better in Washington - save your time and your money- avoid.

Staff was somewhat helpful, but i leaned on my previous sushi eating experience ei no crab meat, eel, fried it sauce rolls. But they noted gluten free on the order and gave gluten free soy sauce. Didnt get sick and solid sushi

The staff brought me gluten free soy sauce! The menu doesn’t have marked gluten free items, but if you tell them you’re gluten free they’ll do their best to help
