Toss Noodle Bar

Super yummy, very knowledgeable and kind staff. The food is almost in chipotle style, where you pick a base (rice, type of noodle, ect) then flavor (curry, wok toss, and broth) and protein. It’s all in the pictures, but the noodles that are gf are the flat rice, thin rice, and glass noodle (and ofc rice). Most flavors are gf, both curry, I think most of the broth, and 3/4 wok toss. I got the Chinese and thin noodle with beef and it was absolutely delicious. Edamame is also delicious!!

Super yummy and great because it felt like it was a great meal for everyone, not people tolerating a meal to accommodate my dietary needs.

They said they could do any (rice noodle) dish gluten free but I did have to specify no oyster sauce. I have celiac and had no reaction. Food was delicious!

I've had good experiences here even though they are only somewhat knowledgable. The food is good. At least they knew to ask about oyster sauce and fish sauce.
