Owner takes a lot of pride in restaurant and all staff knew about gluten free offerings (which is almost whole menu) and were able to discuss the protocols to avoid cross contamination in the kitchen. The food is delish and a lot is made in house like the gluten free pasta. Our GF and non GF people all loved there food and experience at are table. Will be going back a lot to support this place!

I’ve been eating here for over a year now. Never have had an issue being sick. Staff is highly knowledgeable with allergies and a lot of the items on the menu are gluten free.

Gem of a place for the freshly prepared meal, lovely atmosphere, and the owner’s attentiveness to all food related allergies and ingredient substitutions. Fantastic options for anyone seeking 5 star GF dining. Can’t wait to return.

Very celiac friendly! Staff very knowledgeable. Apps were delicious (grilled octopus and burrata). Dinner was fantastic. So glad we found this place duringbour brief stay in Fairfield

Very good food. Conversation led to the info that the kitchen is practically gluten free. I believe the only gluten in the kitchen is pasta, and gluten / gluten free pastas each have their own colored pots. Bread comes from the outside and is in a separate room. Very nice restaurant, good food. Good wine too.

Wonderful dinner!!! The menu is almost all gluten free. Even most of the small plates that aren’t listed as GF are actually GF so be sure to ask. All the friers and flour and breadcrumbs are all GF. The owner and staff is very knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend.

I have been here for dinner twice and have had a very pleasant experience both times!!! The menu is 90% gf as it is, and you can ask to make some of the pasta dishes gf. My favorite was the calamari appetizer. It was better than any non-gf calamari that I used to eat! Love this place!
