A Japanese pudding shop near the Tottori Sand dunes. Their pudding does not contain wheat but they also sell cookies made with wheat flour.
I had their salt caramel pudding. The texture was super smooth and I could see vanilla seeds in it. The caramel wasn’t too salty, just enough to balance the sweet.
