Your tried and true Trader Joe’s. A grocery store, not a restaurant. Plenty of grab and go meals. Frozen meals. Fresh fruits and veggie, meat and cheese. GF bread, bagels, tortillas, frozen waffles-pancakes-pizza, snacks!

They offer gluten free breads, bagels, muffins, English muffins, donut holes, cupcakes, and madeleines. I’ve tried the bread, bagels, muffins, and donuts holes. All are delicious!

Very limited GF options and many of those options contain oat flour which as a celiac, I react to. I am no longer shopping here because the number of times their products have made me ill is ridiculous.

Their gf double chocolate muffins and english muffins are delicious! The eggwhiches are good but a little pricey. They have a good selection of snacks as well
