Trader Joe’s has SO many gluten free options and at such great prices. Everyone there is so friendly and helping. We buy most of our gluten free food items there. Great bagels, pancakes, granola, pastas, mufffins etc..
Trader Joes pancakes are filled with crack. I can't believe they are gluten free. Traders have so many options. Ask for a list at customer service.

Local hotel buffet was a minefield...stopped here to get my breakfast.
I have been sick for two days after eating their gluten-free while grain bread and gluten-free coconut oatmeal cookies. Both were delicious labeled gluten-free, but I am convinced from my symptoms that I have been glutened. Ruined my Christmas
