TJs has many items that are gluten free but unfortunately a lot of their pre-packaged things could be made gluten free and they are not. Have to read the labels on everything.

That said they have very reasonably priced and yummy gluten free bread. Just as good as Canyon Bakehouse

I have been sick for two days after eating their gluten-free while grain bread and gluten-free coconut oatmeal cookies. Both were delicious labeled gluten-free, but I am convinced from my symptoms that I have been glutened. Ruined my Christmas
