Trader Joes carries the longest list I've seen of GF products; they literally provide you with a tangible list to go up the isles looking for the goods. they also carry Udi bread and its delicious!

I have been sick for two days after eating their gluten-free while grain bread and gluten-free coconut oatmeal cookies. Both were delicious labeled gluten-free, but I am convinced from my symptoms that I have been glutened. Ruined my Christmas
