We visited for dinner last night and had great service and food! I had a hard time choosing from the menu--there were a lot of options--but ended up choosing sides and apps for a variety since it was our first visit. After asking about the "allergy" I'd indicated when making the reservation and talking about Celiac, I was really comfortable ordering food based on how well the server answered all my questions about how the pasta was cooked, dedicated fryers, sauces, etc. (I didn't ask about the pizza since we had pizza a couple days ago, but when we were initially seated, our server mentioned they could do make that GF also.)
We started with GF rolls, then we split a polpette (meatball with polenta and red sauce), and I had the Tuscan salad and calamari appetizers as my dinner. All of it was great, but especially the polenta and calamari. Each of the dishes was marked with an allergy toothpick and despite being such a large restaurant, it wasn't too loud to have a conversation, and had a nice ambiance with the lighting and being able to see into the open kitchen. Highly recommend in you're in the Epcot area!

Went for breakfast - not worth it. Not many options to start with and then to step further for GF the dwindle. I got the Florentine frittata and breakfast potatoes, was assured both were safe after notifying waiter of celiac. Was okay, not the most flavorful but otherwise good 6/10. Unfortunately did end up with bloating and pretty significant nausea/abdominal discomfort afterwards. I would avoid for breakfast, can’t speak to lunch/dinner.

Andrea was very attentive, gave me complete confidence in the gluten free options, even telling me what was available off-menu without me having to ask or making a fuss which was excellent. Gluten free pasta, Chicken Parmesan, calamari all available- and I was told that all the fryers are gluten free so I had nothing to worry about. Will definitely be back!

A 5/5 for the service alone. Our waitress could not have been more knowledgeable, attentive and sweet. She was very reassuring and showed us the allergy-friendly menu and told us there were regular menu items they could make GF, too. Their fried items are all GF and made in a dedicated fryer. We really enjoyed the calamari. It was crispy and delicious! They also served two GF dinner rolls each and they were amazing. I loved the taste of them and really enjoyed the garlic confit and asked for a side of butter, too. Excellent! We also got the polpette (meatball). My boyfriend really liked it and I thought it was decent. The polenta it was served on was amazing. The chicken parm was alright. The pasta was undercooked so the noodles were a little hard. The chicken itself was decent, maybe a 6/10. We both agreed it was okay. We thought the appetizers were all excellent and would order a different entree next time. Drinks wise, the sweet tea, aperol spritz and espresso martini were all 10/10.

Food is made in separate area. Spoke with the chef as usual, everything was delicious.
Update: However i think I got glutened from the chicken Parmesan. I got severe tachycardia and diarrhea while eating but it was not my usual immediate gluten reaction so I didn’t think too much about it. But then I ate the leftovers for breakfast and it happened again, almost caused me to pass out the next morning. Not sure what went wrong but we won’t eat here again.

I have celiac disease and the waitstaff were so accommodating. She said all items either are or can be made GF except the lasagne. I had the arancini — HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And meatballs and pasta all GF. Delicious drinks as well!

A big portion of chicken parmesan. Tasted great. The spaghetti was a little overdone but I can't complain.

Superb! Knowledgeable, thorough, professional. The Chicken Parmesan & cheesecake were delectable. Would highly recommend & will return!

They had a separate gluten free menu which made it easy to decide what to eat. They also have gluten free dinner rolls. I had the chicken parm, and words can’t describe how amazingly delicious it was!! I can’t wait to go back there and eat again.

Delicious GF chicken parm. The kids had pasta and meatballs. It was a lot of food and price was high, but safe GF pasta is what we were looking for.

Amazing. Just amazing. Entire gluten free menu. The gf chicken parm and pasta was the best. They also had gf rolls, gelato and sorbet for dessert.

We had the time slot reservation for the Bon Voyage breakfast. The food was good (minus the very rare steak when ordered medium well) and my two kids didn’t have any negative reactions. We felt very rushed and I was nervous that care was not taken to avoid cross contamination. I would eat here again but I would avoid the last time slot.
Waitress was amazing and made sure my food was safely prepared. Dedicated frier and gf rolls! I had the chicken parm and it was to die for! They also didn’t charge extra for gf rolls or gf pasta!

Excellent meal! They had many appetizing gluten free options and had complementary gf dinner rolls. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and were careful to handle my dinner separately from everyone else. Would eat here again.

this restaurant used to be Kouzzina. it is now an Italian restaurant on the Boardwalk outside of the Epcot Center. gluten free chicken parmigiano is absolutely tender and tasty. they use borilla brand gluten free pasta. the gluten free bolognese is also excellent and made with short ribs. we skipped the dessert as we had so many treats from Erin McKenna's GF bakery.
