Ate delicious GF gnocchi, followed by wonderful GF tiramisu! Staff friendly. A great GF experience.
Staff is amazing - tortellini is delicious, and it's reasonably priced for the area. Everyone is very knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of!
You guys. I cried. Before celiac's, ravioli and I had a love affair. Until today, for the past ten years, I've dealt with sub-par, falls-apart-when-you-pick-it-up, frozen ravioli. When I put this ravioli (on the menu as tortellini), it literally melted in my mouth. It had a creamy (possibly alfredo?) sauce with some green stuff (maybe spinach?) it didn't matter. I wanted to eat it all so fast but also slow down and savor every moment of heaven in my mouth. The couple that owns this restaurant is so sweet and accommodating! True Italian gem. Not a touristy place at all. GO HERE.
Great gluten free gnocchi. We were served desserts on the house after and they even brought me a gluten free chocolate filled biscuit. Owner was extremely nice. They have lots of gfree options!
The food was great! We had the Gnocchi, and they brought out GF bread with the meal! Lots of food selections to choose from!
Food was great, I had pesto spaghetti, however the pasta could have done with another minute or two to cook. located in a small restaurant. Staff were friendly and quick to deliver the meal.
Great. my only complaint would be that I was served linguine instead of tagiatelle.
Wonderful! Very friendly. Pasta was excellent.
Mediocre -- free stuff doesn't compensate for bland Italian food. Had reservation; waiting outside in rain for 45 minutes. Would highly recommend you look elsewhere for food. I walked out and wanted another meal. Gluten free bread was worst I ever had (no lie).
Most of the menu can be made gluten free, the food was good, and they provided us extra items for no charge like strawberry wine, shots of vodka, and a slice of tiramisu. However, the server was very inpatient in taking our orders, we felt very rushed during the meal, and felt pressured to order appetizers/desserts. I was happy to find a large gf menu and good food, but we did not have a relaxing experience.
Best pasta Ive ever had. Staff is very accommodating.
Great restaurant. The gluten-free Carbonara is the best tasting pasta my wife has had, so we're contemplating going back again tonight! Slightly frosty welcome on entrance, but that dissipated and we were treated well and given dessert and grappa and strawberry wine(?) on the house- it was definitely not on the bill. Busy place and expensive, but worth it.
ran by a husband and wife. super cute. able to serve people who speak many different languages and are very quick. VERY accommodating for celiacs!!
V busy. Try to book if you can. Was a bit rushed so a little uneasy that it was def going to be gf! However the gnocchi and tortellini were and they were both nice. They gave away a few free drinks and treats and it was great that they were savvy enough with gf grappa and matching sweet snack! It was fun. The gf tiramisu though was not nice. Was a frozen dessert and ruined the dessert part. However we live and learn and I'm not ill!
very satisfied with the service! I have had trouble finding gluten free food here so i stopped here! They are super friendly. I told him I found out about this restaurant on this app and I was given a free bottle of wine. After dinner we were given a free desert and shots for everyone at the table. Definitely worth a visit!
Amazing. The gnocchi and ravioli were the I've ever had. My boyfriend split it with me and said it's the best meal he has ever had, and he doesn't even eat gluten free. Highly recommend!
GF menu, conscious of cross contamination. Went here with family of 6 on our first night in Venice. It was an experience. Owner made us feel like part of the family. Food was delicious. Went there with our son who has celiac and they had great GF options plus GF Tiramisu. Definitely recommend this restaurant. We almost went back a 2nd night and really should have!
Offered various types of gf pasta, I had tortellini bolognese. Very nice staff as well. I recommend it highly.
Lovely meal, lovely staff and GF. Felt safe and well looked after. Recommended.
Maybe our best dinner on Venice that was supposed to be a dinner (best meal was at Ristobar San Polo but that was "lunch" at 5pm). As others have said, the food is excellent, the service attentive and the setting quaint. And it IS small so reservations are a must buy expect to wait anyway if you want to eat at 9pm or later. I would rate the desserts as just OK, welcome as GF sweets but just OK. Almost went back a second night and understand why many do.
Fabulous! Great service, great food. GF bread, gnocchi pasta, tiramisu and profiteroles. Make reservations because it's very busy!
Ravioli, gnocchi, bread, and deserts!!! This place has a tiny kitchen and it does not have a dedicated g-free prep area. We were 100% fine and the food was amazing!
This restaurant serves really good food and they have gluten free pasta (gnocchi, tortellini, normal) gluten free bread and desserts. Everything was delicious. The only thing that makes a four not a five is that they will bring you things that you didn't order (sweet wine, caprese salads, extra desserts) and put them on your bill. For three of us the total was about €130 which we didn't expect from what we had actually ordered. Overall the food is great and he people are very good at what they do. Also make a reservation even though they are very good at fitting you in anyways (although we went on a Monday)
Amazing food! Incredible staff! Fabulous customer service! 100% would return for round 2.
Excellent !! Highly recommended this restaurant, excellent staff, they threw in many free drinks and samples of foods, tiramisu to die for and tortellini that I was able to have for the first time in my life and it was incredible.
This was the best meal of my entire 3-week European vacation. Here you can eat deliciously, just like everyone else. It was the best gluten free pasta I had ever had and the waiter made me feel comfortable. He brought out special bread and rice cakes for my meal, and the tiramisu was so yummy. Don't pass this up if you are in Venice. Very close to the square and prices are not bad.
They have gluten free spaghetti, tortellini, gnocchi, bread, and desserts. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. No issues eating the food there. I would definitely go back.
Omg this place is the best! Went twice while in Venice it was so good. They have gluten free bread and all kinds of pastas. The staff is very funny and nice. They keep bringing out free drinks and desserts! One night we got a free bag of pasta and the next a free bottle of good wine. You must go here if you have celiac. And don't forget the GF tiramisu and cookies!
absolutely delicious food! gluten free pasta and gnocchi meals. gluten free tiramisu and profiteroles for dessert. great atmosphere. one of the most popular places in Venice. I had to queue and most others had reserved a table in advance. worth the wait! also gave free extra drinks and nibbles. not changed for the extras. cannot overemphasise how tasty the pasta was!!
This is a great option for a lunch after visiting the Piazza San Marco and the Basilica. It's a colorful meal and the owners are so friendly. You'll get lots of free tastes of food, drinks, even a bag of (non-gf) pasta... all of which you'll end up paying for, but sometimes you're having so much fun and enjoying a meal, that it just doesn't matter. Plus, I'll pay a premium to have my son eat safely at a restaurant without getting glutened. As far as I could tell, this restaurant isn't certified by the AiC, but I'd read lots of good reviews here and we were not disappointed. My son loved his GF penne with ricotta, but he especially loved the GF bread, cookies and profiterole chocolate mousse dessert. For gluten-eaters, there is plenty to enjoy. Highly recommended.
Gluten free pastas, gnocchi, bread, tiramisu, profiteroles, and even an after dinner cookie. The staff is knowledgeable (our server was gluten free) and the service is friendly and attentive. The sauces were fresh and delicious. A great find in the little streets near Ponte Di Rialto but away from the typical tourist traps.
Gluten free ravioli (on the menu as tortellini for some reason) was AMAZING! Couldn't agree with the reviews more - the staff was so sweet, and the owner hooked us up with free little goodies. Couldn't have ended on a better note for our last night in Venice.
Super knowledgable, super friendly once you get to talking to them. They have gluten free gnocchi and pasta, gluten free bread that isn't terrible, and gluten free tiramisu. Ate here twice while in Venice.
Gluten free gnocchi!!! We actually came to the same restaurant twice on our Honeymoon because my GF husband loved the gnocchi so much. He had the meat sauce and then the butter and sage. Lovely and helpful staff. GF tiramisu also excellent.
We had the best dinner here. They have gf spaghetti, penne, tortellini, and risotto. My wife had the tortellini and loved it. I had the spaghetti and it was very good. We also shared the risotto with mushroom and asparagus and it was awesome. They also have great gluten free chocolate cake. The staff was fun and friendly. If you are looking for gf, you have to go here.
This restaurant is definitely a must go to if you are gluten free. They clearly state outside that they serve gluten free pasta. It seems a little sketchy when you walk in, but the food is excellent. For gluten free they have three different types of pasta and claim they cook it separately. I am very sensitive to gluten and have celiac disease and did not get sick. There are three dessert options for gluten free which is nearly impossible to find anywhere. The chocolate cake was amazing. The service was the fastest I have ever seen. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
