Do not eat here if you have celiac! Our waiter asked me if I wanted my pasta cooked separately...really? No, I just ordered the gf pasta for the fun of it. Tomato sauce was very acidic as well and sauce was a bit bland. He also was unaware of what traditional Italian drinks are. He tried to tell me the bellini was not when in fact it originated at Harry's Bar in Italy. But what really got me was when I asked multiple times if he was sure the Tiramisu wine glass was gluten free if the 2 lady fingers served on top were left out and he said yes. It appeared to be the filling only. After digging in, I discovered lady fingers which were buried at the very bottom after eating a few bites. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the server claimed he warned me about it. Which he had done after it was served and we found out for ourselves. The server apologized for the "inconvenience". Again, really? I told him it was more than an inconvenience and that I could really be sick because of it. He then proceeded to argue with me trying to put the blame on me...unbelievable. My husband and I said we're done here. I couldn't believe we received a bill with the full amount and the manager did not try to compensate us in any way! At least take our 2 drinks off! They were very negligent and did not take the mistake seriously. I have never experienced such apathy concerning food intolerance in a restaurant in my life, and we have eaten at many places in Vegas as well as other states.
