Very impressed. The GF bruschetta was SO good. I asked where they get their bread, the waitress said the bakery on sells to restaurants. ☹ Will definitely be coming back to try more food off the GF menu.

Extensive options, and I felt very safe eating here. The owner’s children have celiac and other allergies, so they prioritize safety and allergen training. The server was knowledgeable and said that people come from far away just for their gluten free options. The portions are huge, and each meal comes with bread and a salad. Separate gluten free menu and the pasta tasted great almost just like a normal pasta! They asked if I was coeliac or just gluten sensitive which I always think is a good sign they know what they are talking about and we’re very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their dishes! Even had gluten free bread baskets!

Love love love Traverso’s. They have a separate GF menu and it’s huge. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Owners treat you like family and the food is excellent. So many options. We ordered our entire meal from gluten free menu. A Caesar salad was on the gf menu and it came with croutons. My husband and daughter assumed they were gf and are some when I said no we have to ask. Then we asked and sure enough they were gluten. A big exposure and I hope my family doesn’t get sick. They have a big gf menu. Make sure your waitstaff knows your needs as we told ours a lot of times but obviously she didn’t get it.

I have never seen such an extensive gluten free menu it was the best day. I felt totally included as I was the only one gluten free one in my group. I got my own loaf of bread before the meal- I have never had this anywhere before! For my meal I ordered alfredo pasta which was also amazing!!! Then to top it off we ordered the “goosy cake” gluten free and regular, and everyone was loving the gluten free version. Overall amazing meal and will be back again sometime.

This was my first time actually eating in a restaurant since being diagnosed 8 months ago. I was very scared. I asked for the gluten free menu and right away when the waitress got to the table asked if I was gluten free when I notified them I had celiacs. She proceeded to ask if it would be okay if she brought me a gluten free bread roll. My food was FANTASTIC. It was also my anniversary so they brought out a gluten free dessert for us and it was so good. I got home and cried from happiness to feel somewhat normal. I had 0 reaction and felt completely safe.

Amazing! Dedicated kitchen and staff makes sure they clean and minimize the risk of cross contamination. Their menu is huge and the kids menu gives young gluten free kids an opportunity to eat like other kids. Also they have many appetizers and a gluten free bread basket. This restaurant includes everyone and makes sure everyone celiac or not feels safe.

Went here after reading the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. I am GF as well as corn-free, with the latter actually being the more difficult sensitivity when eating out. Our server Karen was awesome, being careful to check with the kitchen regarding any GF menu item that I was interested in. Unfortunately the GF pastas, breads and pizza crusts all contained corn, but Karen helped me come up with a cocktail as well as a custom GF/CF entree combination that worked and was delicious (although the breaded chicken strips were barely seasoned and lacking in flavor.) My husband had the regular pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would not hesitate to recommend Traverso's to someone who has to eat gluten-free; the selection is great, and the staff's attention to detail certainly increases the odds of a good dining experience.

My daughter has multiple food allergies. The waitress and chef were wonderful. They produced a food list with asterisked items that could be substituted in addition to the gluten free menu! The chef seems like an expert on allergens in food ingredients. All of our food was delish. My husband, daughter and I were very pleased.

I ate here after wanting to try a new place and reading about all the gf options people talked about in their comments. Everyone is right- the gf menu is in unbelievable and the food is fantastic. Usually there aren't many options so it's not hard to make a choice, but TrAverso's has a little bit of everything! I had the gf chicken carbonara. It tastes like the real deal and I even got some gf bread to go with it! I went on a Saturday night and I did have to wait quite a while for my food, but they stagger the salad and bread so it's not like you're just waiting with an empty stomach. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back to try more of what they have to offer.
