I ate here twice. They have gluten free pasta. The meal was delicious. The tomato soup is also gluten free. I had no problems. The staff was wonderful. I also presented an Equal Eats card before ordering.
A can’t miss dining experience for a celiac in Boquete. There were many options to choose from and my Carbonara pasta was phenomenal. The gluten free noodles were thick and my portion was HUGE. My in laws had regular pasta and mentioned how much larger my portion was and how good it looked!
10/10 would recommend dining here.😍🍝

Had the gluten free spaghetti portabello and it was delicious. The gluten free spaghetti was perfectly cooked and the sauce was well balanced and clung to the noodles well. The meat was nicely cooked and the bacon was a nice touch. All in all a win. Appetizer options were limited to salad and maybe one kind of eggplant. My Spanish is only so good and I didn’t trust my own line of inquiry so we stuck with pasta with no ill effects.
They confirmed that the pasta was cooked in separate water & they were careful with cross contamination. My dinner was delicious and safe. Enjoy.
