Staff was not helpful and was rather rude when I asked about gluten-free options. The menu is well labeled and I felt safe enough ordering beef tacos since everything was naturally gluten free. There were no chips available as the fryer is shared. They didn't seem enthusiastic to help at all. Food tasted good though and I didn't end up sick.

The server told me the only safe option was shrimp ceviche. Everything else is a high risk for cross contamination, including the chips, which go in a shared fryer. I went on a busy night and apparently they can be more accommodating when its slower. I ate the ceviche and was fine. I am giving 1 star because a lot of the menu is labeled gluten free and that was very misleading. I would've left had I not waited so long and it already being late.

Not celiac safe-they made it very clear before ordering that the risk of cross-contamination was high. Staff had no idea what we were talking about w questions re gluten. Was disappointing. They did talk to kitchen who advised that with celiac the risk was high for cross contamination to confirm. Ended up leaving so no food review. Went a couple doors down to Fireside pizza-an old favorite and celiac-safe.

Great meal! The waiter told us up front that they can’t guarantee no cross contamination but we felt comfortable with how he handled our questions. Many gluten free options and substitutions. No reactions. My family and I will eat here again! So good!

Great New Mexican restaurant located in The Village at Squaw Valley. Try the Molcajete, substitute corn tortillas and ask for the keto bowl with no rice & beans but extra veggies and guacamole.
