Not many options but the mushroom risotto was yummy.

Asked about the menu before we sat down, said there wasn't much on the menu that was GF. Ended up having the braised short rib, which was one of the best I've had.
Staff were very understanding about the diet restriction, but the menu didn't have a lot of options.

Nima tested the Bolognaise off the gluten free menu and it failed. Chose not to eat.

Waitstaff was very accommodating and I am disappointed to have to leave an uncertain review because this is a restaurant I want to give glowing reviews. I got sicker than ever after eating here and I think my pasta probably wasn’t gluten free. I ordered the GF penne and it came as spaghetti which was also an option, just not the GF one I selected. I should have asked the waiter but since he seemed so on top of my gluten free requests I didn’t want to bother him. So, this is really not about this restaurant as much as it is about reminding myself to always be my own advocate for my GI health (and maybe invest in a NIMA)
Delicious food! I had a pasta dish, they confirmed the pasta is cooked in its own gluten free pot of water. Gelato for dessert. Did not get sick.

The pasta was great! They even have some dairy free options.

Phenomenal gf pasta and mussels app. Staff are helpful and gf menu has enough variety
The gluten free pasta was amazing. They have a separate GF menu! They can also alter some pastas on the menu for GF pasta too. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about GF options. The pasta was amazing, I had the marinara with shrimp added.
The gf pasta was delicious! The waitstaff were very friendly and there wasn’t even a gf up charge. 10/10 recommend

Always have a nice time here. Pasta with chicken in tomato sauce is great and the staff are good

First this is my first review ever on here, so that should be an indication as to how bad i felt after my meal! Waiter insisted they had separate kitchen area for gluten free. I had gluten free caesar salad, gluten free penne with red sauce and chicken breast and upon finishing meal with in 10 minutes was in the restroom multiple times! Don’t recommend for those who have Celiac at all!!!!!

3 stars only because the GF menu is limited. They list a homemade stuffed pasta on gf menu, but don't make anymore. I was dissappointed, but did have spaghetti with meat sauce, it was delicious. Not the best italian restaurant I have been to for a gf meal, but was not bad either.
It's like they have a GF menu because someone told them they should but don't know what gluten is. The stuffed pasta in the menu is a misprint. The parmesan potatoes, fried in the same glutened fryer. I tried ordering off the regular menu but the sauces have gluten. The "just tomato and cheese" sauce had too much red pepper for my kids. The waiter swore there is no red pepper and checked with the chef after we sent it back as inedible. So either they are using a jarred sauce and not reading ingredients or don't know what's in their seasonings. Even those ordering regular meals had issues where the menu didn't disclose all ingredients or items were substituted w/o warning.

Had a separate gluten free menu. Wait staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free. Ended up just eating spaghetti but they had the best meat sauce. It was delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

Forewarning: everything is loaded with garlic and this severely limited our options as we have a garlic allergy in addition to celiac.
The antipasto and caprese salads were good but our options were limited. Waiter was very knowledgeable.

Wonderful Pasta with clams. Waiter was very careful. This is literally only the second time I haven't been extremely ill after a meal that wasn't steak or tacos. 😀

GF menu (and vegetarian/vegan menu, too). Knowledgeable staff

I need to eat temporary glutenfree besides I'm a vegetarian all my life. That makes it extra hard to find a proper dinner. At this restaurant I asked to make a pasta dinner glutenfree and vegetarian. Was no problem at all! It was delicious.

Excellent ravioli. Made in house and very tasty. Had the Minestrone soup, and it was also very good. Our waiter Luis was very helpful and friendly.

really awesome. the gf pasta is the best ever.
Fantastic gluten free chicken and kale stuffed ravioli. It was even on a different colored plate than everyone else's meal. Allergy plates are red and everyone else has a blue plate! Absolutely delicious!
There are quite a few GF options. They have soup, salad, pasta, and even GF ravioli. My daughter got the clams with pasta and cleared her plate.
Gluten free menu. Pesto pasta was amazing. Will definitely go back.
I have Celiac Disease and was ecstatic to see that this restaurant had a gluten-free menu. Unfortunately, when I was served my pasta, about a quarter of the way into the bowl noticed a noodle that looked nothing like what I was eating. I called the waiter over and asked him to see if the pasta was safe to eat, if maybe another type of gf noodle got mixed in. He took the bowl to the chefs and they examined it and he brought the bowl back saying they are pretty sure the offending noodle was NOT gluten-free, but to just eat around it and it should be ok. What??!! Anyone with Celiac knows that CANNOT happen. The waiter then informed me that all pastas are cooked together in the SAME water-gluten free or not! Needless to say, I spoke with a manager and educated him in the error of the restaurant's ways-you can't call it gluten-free if there's cross contamination. Shame on the chefs for not knowing this! I didn't finish my meal and left quite hungry, but I didn't want to risk another dish being served by ignorant restaurant staff. Celiac diners beware!

Excellent ! Gf menu & gf pasta done right! Amazing meal.
Amazing meal. I had a great gluten free pasta dish with a minestrone soup as an appetizer. It's a nice restaurant and I felt no reaction. I highly recommend it
Prior to being diagnosed with celiac disease, this is probably one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. It always provided delicious Italian dishes with a decent price tag and a great atmosphere. I love eating outside the restaurant (but in the mall) on the cobble stone street being able to people watch while enjoying a delicious meal and glass of wine.
We decided to stop there and have an early lunch one day while out shopping around. They do not have a dedicated gluten free menu but they were able to give me several options on the menu that could be prepared gluten free. While the waiter wasn't as confident about gluten free items, he was able to go back into the kitchen and talk with the chef about choices for me, which made me feel pretty good about eating there.
I decided on a filet and mashed potatoes. It's probably one of the safest dishes we can eat at a restaurant without getting glutened. The steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were delicious. I wouldn’t expect anything less from Trevi.
While they don't have a dedicated gluten free menu, I feel comfortable in saying that folks who can't have gluten but are able to explain and ask questions about their meal would be able to safely have dinner there without any problems.
