Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the items with bread on the menu can be made with GF bread, and they have a fair number of selections that are naturally gluten free. They informed me that they have allergen procedures and prepare gluten free items separately if you indicate it's for Celiac/allergy reasons.
