If you want to feel like a queen, go to Trio. This is some serious fine dining.
First step is to reserve a table and tell them your dietary restrictions right away - they accommodate for celiac and other allergies but do like a heads up to prepare, as their menu is always changing. There is no emotional work you have to do after that; once we were seated, the server told me my options immediately, which were plentiful. The chefs make everything to order, so modifications are always available (also super cool: the kitchen is open concept so you can even see their work station via bird's eye mirrors). When serving, they assure GF status.
The food was excellent and to be savored slowly, along with the art, music, and beautiful ambiance. My cocktail was mediocre, but still gave me a good buzz. As for the service, it shocked us a little (in a good way) - from opening the doors for us, taking our coats, refilling our waters every five minutes, explaining the dishes thoroughly, cleaning our plates in a timely manner, getting us new cutlery without asking, checking up on us at good intervals, and wishing us farewell at the door.
It ain't cheap but if you want to treat yourself for a special occasion, it's a really delightful experience.
