If I could give them negative stars I would.
I ordered one gluten free pizza for myself stating I have a gluten allergy (really I have celiac), and my friends ordered two regular, gluten filled pizzas on the same order.
THEY MISLABELED THE PIZZAS!!
After I finished my second slice of the pizza labeled “GF” I thought “wow this is remarkably good gluten free pizza…” Because it wasn’t gluten free. My friends were eating the gluten free pizza that was not labeled GF.
I was 12 hours into a 24 hour work shift. I’ll just say the second half of that shift was not pretty, nor was the following week. I haven’t eaten that much gluten in 17 years and my gut hated me for it.
Once we realized the mistake I immediately called the restaurant and they apologized for labeling the gluten FILLED pizza “GF” and offered to give me a $25 gift card. Really? All you offer is $25 and a half asses apology for literally killing the lining of my small intestine?!! I declined because I will never be going back to this restaurant.
Great pizza! Make sure to let them know you have a gluten allergy. The half and full pizzas give you that option but the big slices do not. The pizza is so good!!!
This place is AMAZING!!!! They have 16”x10” full-size rectangle cut pizzas and half, in both regular and Gluten Free!! Hand made dough! It’s so delicious!!!! (Better than Blaze!) it has those pepperonis that curl up and blacken on top that i haven’t had in YEARS! We had a full size pepperoni tonight and hours later no reaction, they even have checkboxes for other allergies, and offer vegan and veggie options. I’m so happy to have found this place!!!
