This is a great little bakery. The owner is super nice and very knowledgeable. The Bread is the best I have had. The desserts are delicious. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a little gem at the top of the mountain, in a corner of Hamilton. They carry lots of different products in their freezer section from brands that most would recognize. But he also does his own baking! We only tasted the bars on this visit, because the bread was all gone. He told us that he no longer has a website because it’s too expensive to run, so showcases everything on Instagram @bakehealthigf - he did say if you give him 24 hours notice (call him), he can pretty much prepare anything you would see on his IG page. Only thing not pictured here (that we bought), is the chocolate cookie bar because we took one bite and devoured it instantly. Honestly, would’ve thought it had gluten but nothing in his store has gluten. Super awesome guy!

I love this little shop! Keith is great, and the in-house baking is delicious. I’m also dairy-free and particularly love that they stock dairy-free options from Fairly Frosted behind the counter and in the freezer. They also stock frozen products I can’t find anywhere else.

This place is so good! Their baked goods are absolutely delicious and their bread is some of the best gluten free bread I’ve had. Will happily go back again and again.

Stopped in here to pick up some things for my son. Keith was amazing and shared some samples of things with me as we chatted and I chose my goodies. The bread is delicious, my son loves the pizza buns and the s’mores bars we got as a special treat were enjoyed by the whole family. I will absolutely be going back!

I was visiting family in Stoney Creek and wanted to pick up some gluten free food for my son. This place came recommended by a family friend. The owners were super friendly and explained how best to store and eat the items my son picked. His favourites were the white bread and pizza buns, but the prepared jerk chicken and frozen donuts were also a hit. We’ll be back on our next visit.

Amazing little bakery. They make bread on site but also carry some frozen varieties. They also carry other frozen meals, and I tried perogies which were amazing.

Very nice owner, excellent perogies, tortellini, frozen donuts and my sister is in love with the cupcakes and cinnamon buns on Saturdays. The pre-made frozen meals by another vendor are good, but the cabbage role was a little spicy.

Walked in looking for something for my daughter's birthday. She has had to adopt a gluten-free diet. Staff was very helpful and I got a variety of cupcakes. I also got a loaf of Rosemary bread out of curiosity. Well....everything was absolutely delicious. Daughter was thrilled. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had a pleasant experience shopping here. The bread is amazing!! Seriously, if you think you are resigned to horrible bread because it’s gluten free, try Keith’s bread. He is very knowledgeable about gluten free diet. I will be back to try their pizza.

My experience with this shop was horrible as I had several days in advance asked through Instagram if they would have two packs of pizza cheese buns ready for me on Wednesday the man’s answer was definitely. I mentioned that I was travelling to pick these up on Wednesday. On the day I came to pickup and the lady had no clue what I was talking about then she said they were having problems getting supplies and the man was out getting eggs and yeast… hmmm supply issues? Then she stays it’s not her fault for supply problems. Imagine driving all that way to find out your order wasn’t ready and the only thing in their display area was a couple pieces of cake. I chose the bake shop after reading great reviews… definitely do not recommend this shop. So disappointing.
