The server shared that they had gluten free options, but didn’t seem super confident in the cross-contamination possibility. I did my own research before going and avoided any soy sauce items. I was given a few suggestions and tried the Eggplant with Ginger Sauce on white rice and a garlic greens dish. It was delicious and I did not have any gluten reaction to the dish. I haven’t had Chinese since being diagnosed so I was excited for the positive experience here!
